Named one of ten "Icons of Gandaki Province 2024" — the Information & Technology honouree — at the Provincial Youth Conference 2024 in Pokhara, with the award presented by Chief Minister Surendra Raj Pandey.
At the Provincial Youth Conference 2024 for Gandaki Province, held in Pokhara on 28–30 November 2024 (13–15 Mangsir 2081), ten people were honoured as "Icons of Gandaki Province 2024" for their contributions in different sectors. Rabin received the Information & Technology recognition for his work making digital systems, online safety, and technology understandable to everyday Nepalis.
The awards were presented by the Chief Minister of Gandaki Province, Surendra Raj Pandey, in a ceremony recognising innovation, dedication, and leadership. The ten sectors honoured were youth activism, social work, journalism, tourism, education, health, women and children, youth entrepreneurship, information and technology, and agriculture and climate change.
The recognition came from a provincial youth platform rather than a tech industry body — a signal that plain-language technology education is being valued as community work, not only as content.

Lead trainer for a seven-day advanced computer and AI-tools skill development training for 34 participants from different sectors in Syangja, with hands-on practice across 35 AI tools. The office presented a letter of appreciation at the closing.
